Generally speaking, furniture in good condition may be something that local charitable organizations may pick-up or accept for free. Custom Workroom Specialist
Born and raised in Oaxaca, Mexico, Nashely moved to the United States at the age of 16 and now calls the Cape May County area home. Her creativity and appreciation for making things by hand have remained a constant throughout her life, eventually leading her to the craft of custom upholstery and textile work.
Nashely spent five years honing her skills in a professional workroom, developing the precision and attention to detail she now brings to every project at Blufish Home. Her work spans custom upholstery and reupholstery, window treatments, pillows, cushions, and other made-to-order textile projects, allowing her to transform carefully selected fabrics into pieces created specifically for a client’s home.
That creative instinct extends beyond the workroom. Nashely also enjoys painting and creating custom jewelry, reflecting the same eye for color, detail, and craftsmanship that defines her professional work. She lives locally with her husband, their three children, and two cats.

Carol Ann has spent the past four years helping clients at both Blufish Home and Blufish on Dune in Avalon create beautiful spaces that truly feel like home. With more than 20 years of experience in technology and pharmaceutical sales, along with 19 years as the owner of her own jewelry and accessories business, she brings a thoughtful eye for detail and a strong understanding of personalized service.
Whether refreshing a single room or furnishing an entire home, Carol Ann enjoys bringing furniture, fabrics, color, lighting, rugs, and accessories together for a cohesive, inviting look. Her approach is collaborative: she takes the time to understand each client’s needs, lifestyle, and budget, guiding them toward selections that feel personal, comfortable, and as functional as they are beautiful.

A graduate of the University of Mary Washington in art and art history, his work blends classic foundations with modern detail—always designed for how you truly live.
Kevin designs cohesive, livable spaces that balance beauty, durability, and everyday life. A University of Mary Washington art and art history graduate, he also helps shape the Blufish brand experience through thoughtful visual storytelling.

Lisa leads Blufish Home with a hands-on approach that blends thoughtful management with a deep passion for design. In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, she works closely with clients to create spaces that feel cohesive, personal, and beautifully livable. Her ability to balance big-picture vision with fine detail ensures both the showroom and each project reflect the brand’s signature style.
